Imagination Yoga at Santosh Yoga
Co-founded and taught by yoga instructor, Jamie Hopkins, Imagination Yoga is a beautiful program that engages children ages 2-12 in the practice of yoga through story. This class meets every Thursday and is for ages 3 1/2 and up. Their Family Yoga is taught by Jodi and meets every first and third Saturday and is for ages 3 and up with their parents or caregivers.
